What we collect

This site uses cookieless analytics. We do not set cookies for tracking, we do not build advertising profiles, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

• Aggregate page views and referrers, with no cookie and no cross-site identifier
• Anything you type into the contact form — your name, company, email address and message
• Anything you provide when booking a call, including the slot you choose

Why we hold it

Contact details are held to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is retained for the period Belgian accounting law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address above and you will get an answer within one business day. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Processors

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Email runs on Google Workspace. Scheduling runs against our own calendar system. Each processes data on our instructions only.
