The content here describes services we offer. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site forms a contract. Project scope, price and timing are set in a written proposal and a signed agreement.

Accuracy

We keep this site current and we mark work that is in progress as in progress. Where a page describes a project, it describes what was built rather than what it has achieved, unless a figure is explicitly stated as verified by the client.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and imagery on this site are ours unless credited otherwise. Client work shown here remains the property of the client and appears with their agreement.

Liability

We take care with what we publish here, but this site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information on a marketing website. Liability arising from actual project work is governed by the engagement agreement.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of the judicial district in which our registered office sits.
