Shoot — Campaigns
Content your sales team actually deploys.
Campaign planning, content architecture, and the production to fill it — scoped against channels rather than assets.
The problem
The campaign was planned as a list of assets: a film, six photographs, a set of posts. What was never planned is where each one lands, who sends it, and what it is meant to make happen. So the film sits on a page, the photographs are reused until they are stale, and the sales team keeps making their own material in PowerPoint because nothing produced fits the conversation they are actually having.
What you get
- Campaign plan built around channels and moments rather than an asset list
- Content architecture — what exists, what it is for, where it is deployed
- Production of the film, photography and cutdowns the plan requires
- Formats and crops matched to each channel at the point of export
- A usage guide so the material outlives the campaign
- Handover in a structure your team can find things in six months later
How it works
We start from the channels and the moments — the sales email, the trade stand, the site, the outbound sequence — and work backwards to what needs to exist. That usually produces fewer assets than an asset-list brief, cut more ways. Production runs as a single shoot wherever possible so the grade and the look hold together across everything. At handover you get the material organised by where it is used rather than by what it is, because a folder called "video" is not a system anybody maintains.
Technical detail
Planning
Channel-first. Each deliverable has a named destination and a job before it is produced. Anything that cannot be assigned one does not get made — that is the point of the exercise, not a limitation of it.
Production
Batched into as few shoot days as the plan allows, so the grade and the look are consistent and the cost per asset falls with volume rather than rising.
Handover
Organised by deployment rather than by media type, with a short usage guide covering which crop goes where and what to do when someone needs a variant.
What's not included
- Media buying and paid distribution. We produce the material; placing and optimising spend is a specialism and not ours.
- Ongoing social media management. We will build the content and the system; running the calendar day to day is your side.
- Brand strategy and positioning from a blank page. We work from a brand that exists. If yours needs defining first, that is a separate engagement and we will say so.
Where we hand off, we tell you before the invoice arrives — not after.
